Many drawings technically follow seismic code clauses but still leave room for interpretation at site. Typical gaps include confinement continuity around offsets, anchorage clarity near joints, and inconsistent notes across sheets.
We handle this by cross-checking frame elevations against member schedules and issuing focused seismic detail sheets where ductility demand is high. The goal is to convert code language into executable instructions for contractors.
When seismic detailing is explicit, site quality improves and structural behavior during extreme events is more reliable.
